1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product received is defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The package is tampered with before delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
• Returns requested for personal preference or change of mind.

3. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Send your order number.
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Email the details to our customer support team.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

4. Refund Approval

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Refund Timeline

• Refund approval: 2–5 business days.
• Bank or payment gateway processing: 5–10 business days.
• The exact refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of AYURAM HERBAL.
